Friendly staff, nice amenities, and aesthetically pleasing.Diverse community. It's definitely dog friendly, although I don't have nor want one. Friendly neighbors, close to highways, plenty of stores and restaurants near by.

Very nice community. Quiet and peaceful. close to everything easy access to the highway lots of greens to walk my dogs and most especially friendly and accommodating staff. The dog park is about to open, which is I am so excited about the amenities are really good. The swimming pool is great.

The amenities at this Complex are great. The staff here are friendly and helpful, and I overall enjoy living here. The Apartment Complex is located close to shopping centers, and great restaurants, convenient stores/gas stations.

Top tier amenities, amazing staff (the sweetest leasing agents and go above and beyond!) The apartments are very spacious, great hardware, and mine specifically has a private pet yard! This is the first complex I've seen that does that! (Limited inventory)

I LOVE living at The Donovan! The amenities make it feel like living at a resort. In the summer, there is not a better pool in KC. After using the gym or yoga studio, you can relax in the sauna or the spa. In addition to the 60 types of coffee in the lobby, it is a beautiful place for a change of scenery when you work from home. The staff is the absolute BEST I have ever experienced in an apartment setting! They genuinely care about the residents and making The Donovan a great place to live.

I really enjoy how nice everyone is at this community and all the amenities we get with it. I also love how prompt maintenance is at troubleshooting the tissues I have with my apartment. I feel happy and safe living here and would recommend this complex to everyone.

Been a great first few months. Amenities are great, pool beautiful and when I have maintenance requests they are met in a timely manner. I have no complaints as of yet and would recommend this community to others.
