After looking at all of our options, we decided the Donovan was the best option because of the amenities. It was the best move Everyone is very friendly and the property has a wonderful staff that keeps the residents needs taken care of and the facilities maintained. There is nothing better than sitting out on the balcony at sunset listening to the water fountains in the pond and watching all the dogs in the courtyard. I'm not sure I would want to go back to the responsibilities of a home again.... the Donovan life is pretty stress relieving.

Interactions with the maintenance, and property staff are always great. The units are spacious, relaxing, and wonderfully designed to bring tenants modern luxury apartment living in Lee's Summit. A bonus is all awesome amenities
